Shipping and delivery
Salary PayPack is software used through a web browser. Nothing is shipped.
1. Delivery is digital
Salary PayPack is delivered as access to the software over the internet. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.
2. When access is given
Access is activated when your payment is confirmed. For payments made online this is normally within minutes.
For payments by bank transfer, UPI, cheque or demand draft, access is activated within 2 working days of our receiving and verifying the payment.
3. How you receive it
We send the sign-in details and your invoice to the email address registered for your organisation. You then sign in at salarypaypack.com.
4. If access has not arrived
If you have paid and have not received access within the time above, write to us or call, using the details on the Contact us page, with your payment reference.
